Streamlined Ordering Process
Purchasing from Wood Grand Living is a straightforward and convenient process:
- Initiate Discussions: Share your furniture needs and preferences with our team. Visiting our factory in Jepara is encouraged to gain a firsthand understanding of our production capabilities, quality standards, and sample products.
- Order Placement: We’ll collaborate closely with you to finalize order quantities, pricing, shipping arrangements, and payment terms. Upon receiving your deposit, we’ll commence production.
- Production Phase: Our skilled craftsmen will meticulously craft your order, typically taking 6-8 weeks for a 1x40ft container, depending on the order’s complexity and agreed-upon terms.
- Swift Shipment: We’ll handle the shipping process with utmost care, ensuring your furniture reaches you safely and efficiently. Our services include selecting the appropriate shipping container, scheduling shipments, loading products, and preparing necessary documentation.
Minimum Order Requirements and Production Timelines
To ensure efficient production and cost-effectiveness, we maintain a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1x20ft container (assorted items). Production timelines vary depending on the order size, with:
- 20ft container production: 5-6 weeks maximum
- 40ft container production: 7-8 weeks maximum
Production commences upon receiving the agreed-upon down payment.
Quality and Sustainability
We prioritize the use of kiln-dried teak wood, ensuring a moisture content (MC) within the following standards:
- Below 10% for 1cm thickness
- Below 12% – 15% for 3cm thickness
- Below 17% – 20% for 4-5cm thickness
Payment Terms and Guarantee
We accept payments via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). For first-time collaborations, a 50% down payment is required, with the remaining balance due upon invoice issuance at the time of shipment or after the container is loaded.
