International Order Terms and Conditions

Payment

• Payment Method: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
• A 50% down payment is required in advance.
• The balance is due upon the invoice at the time of shipment or after the container is loaded.
• Original documents will be sent to the consignee upon receipt of the transfer.

Price

• Prices are denoted in US Dollars.
• Pricing is based on FOB Tanjung Mas Port – Semarang, Indonesia, or Exworks as per our cooperation agreement.

Order

• Minimum Order: 20 feet container; no minimum quantity for each item.

Production Period

• 1 x 20 feet container: Maximum of 56 weeks
• 1 x 40 feet container: Maximum of 78 weeks
• Custom designs may require additional production time.
• Orders will commence production upon the arrival of the down payment in the designated bank account.

Freight

• Buyers may nominate their preferred forwarder or shipping line.
• Alternatively, we can assist in finding the best option for you.

Guarantee

• We guarantee replacement for any broken product with evidence of damage.

Sample Request

• Transportation and delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Samples will be produced upon full payment received in our bank account.
