Refund and Returns Policy
Wood Grand Ind – A Trusted Teak Furniture Factory
1. Overview – 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. This policy ensures that every customer of our teak furniture factory receives the best service.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards, downloadable software, some health & personal care items
- Custom-made or personalized teak furniture (unless defective)
3. Partial Refunds Only
We may grant a partial refund in these situations:
- Books with visible signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, or vinyl records
- Items missing parts or damaged not due to our error (as a responsible teak furniture factory, we inspect every product before shipping)
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will email you at the address linked to your order.
- We notify approval or rejection within 5–7 business days.
- If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depends on bank/card issuer).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank – they may have processing delays.
- If all else fails, contact us at woodgrandind@gmail.com with your order number.
6. Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
7. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. As a dedicated teak furniture factory, we take quality seriously. To request an exchange:
- Email us at woodgrandind@gmail.com with photos of the defect.
- Once approved, send the item to our returns address.
- We will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
8. Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you → you receive a gift credit.
- If not marked as a gift → refund goes to the gift giver.
9. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For expensive items (e.g., large teak furniture), we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
